It’s a charming loft apartment in two levels, with exposed beams and a gable roof that fits 2 adults. It has a small equipped and integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a nice little sunny terrace. The bedroom, very spacious and with a double bed, is located upstairs and opened to the living room downstairs, where we also find the kitchen, the bathroom and the terrace.
Located in the heart of the city, it is very quiet, full of light and has lot of charm. The building is a typical Sevillian old house with a big “patio” entrance. It also has elevator.
“La Alfalfa”, the popular and lively neighborhood where it is located, is full of typical tapas bars where local people go out to eat, drink something or shopping. San Isidoro street is very quiet and perfectly located to enjoy the famous Semana Santa of Seville. The historical centre, where you can visit the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Alcázar, Santa Cruz neighborhood, etc. are 5 minutes walking. The Plaza del Salvador and the Plaza Nueva, or The Flamenco Dance Museum, just around the corner…

Es un encantador apartamento tipo loft a dos alturas, con vigas vistas y techo a dos aguas. Con capacidad para dos adultos, dispone de una pequeña cocina equipada e integrada en el salón, cuarto de baño completo y una agradable terracita soleada. La habitación, muy amplia y con cama doble, está en la parte superior, abierta al salón. En la parte de abajo está, además del salón, la cocina, el baño y la terraza. Tiene mucho encanto y es muy luminoso, agradable y tranquilo estando en pleno centro histórico de Sevilla.
El edificio es de estilo típico sevillano con un gran patio de entrada. También hay ascensor.
Está situado en pleno centro, en el popular y animado barrio de la Alfalfa, donde muchos sevillanos acostumbran a salir a tapear, a un paso de restaurantes, bares típicos, y tiendas de todo tipo, aunque en una calle muy tranquila. Emplazado al lado de la plaza de El Salvador, la plaza nueva o la calle Sierpes, la situación es perfecta para disfrutar de la Semana Santa sevillana. La zona monumental con la Catedral, la Giralda, el Alcázar, el barrio Santa Cruz,… está todo a 5 minutos a pie. El Museo del Baile Flamenco, justo a la vuelta de la esquina…
